Liverpool-based eatery Santa Maluco launched this week an all-you-can-eat vegan pizza night. Diners can feast on plant-based pizza options that feature vegan cheeses, meats, and seasonal produce. Wood-fired pizza options include the Return of the Mac (topped with meatless crumbles, mozzarella, Big Mac sauce, white onions, pickles, and lettuce), the Lo Pan (topped with vegan mozzarella, curry sauce, salt-and-pepper tofu, spring onions, chilis, and Sriracha), and the What the Duck (topped with vegan mozzarella, mock duck, spring onions, cucumber, sesame seeds, and char siu—a Chinese barbecue sauce).
