Founded in London in 2016 by Natalia Ribbe, L.O.R was founded to bring together like-minded women to share advice, ideas and sometimes just a glass of wine. Today, it has more than 1000 members from all areas of the industry, including front of house, back of house, marketing and PR, who regularly attend and contribute to the collective’s varied events schedule.
