Pilgrim, which received a Michelin Bib Gourmand award back in October, has launched Liverpool’s first bottomless brunch that is of the accolade’s standard.
Running every weekend, Pilgrim’s bottomless brunch is £25 per person and includes one dish from the brunch menu as well as bottomless Bloody Marias, beer or Brut D’Or cava for two hours.
The restaurant, located on the mezzanine level of Duke Street Food and Drink Market, is inspired by the Spanish Camino De Santiago Pilgrimage, and has a rotating menu of brunch items in line with its seasonal dishes.
Sample brunch items include chia coconut yogurt with toasted granola, berries, cacao nibs, or red quinoa and oat porridge, medjool dates and sesame seeds, or fried egg with chistorra sausage and heritage potato or baked duck egg, sofrito, yogurt and coriander.
Pilgrim takes bookings as well as walk-ins and bookings can be made via https://pilgrimrestaurant.
The restaurant was founded by Jamie Duffield and Ant Power.
On the new bottomless brunch, Jamie said: “We wanted to create a new brunch menu for our guests with dishes made up by our radically seasonal, quality produce. The dishes will change to ensure the offering is always different and interesting, and paired with bottomless cava, beer and our take on a Bloody Mary, our Bib Gourmand status represents great quality and value and that’s exactly what we’re aiming to bring to our brunch menu.”
