The six kitchens are made up of Cahita - a Cuban eatery, red meat specialist Bone and Block, Ginger - inspired by Asian cuisine, seafood specialists Kelp, Big Lola's - Mexican eatery, and the city's much-loved Italian, Cucina Di Vincenzo. Upstairs at Duke Street Market, guests will find the showpiece restaurant, Barnacle, brought to you by The Art School’s Paul Askew, Bone and Block’s Harry Marquart and local kitchen stars Kieran Gill and Jake Lewis.
